Will someone greet us upon arrival?
Yes, guests will be greeted at the house by our lovely host, who will be available throughout your stay to assist with any issues.
Is housekeeping included during the stay?
Light daily housekeeping is included. Our housekeeper, John, is available to assist you during your stay. His hours are flexible and can be arranged upon your arrival. A laundry service is also available for a small additional fee paid directly to John.
Can I check in early if my flight arrives in the morning?
Early check-in may be possible, subject to the property’s availability. If another group is staying before your arrival, check-in will only be available from 4 pm, but you can drop off your luggage earlier if needed. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
How is the property affected by load shedding?
The property is equipped with solar panels, battery storage, and inverters, ensuring electricity and internet access during Eskom load shedding.
What is your child policy?
We cannot accommodate children under 8 years old. However, exceptions may be made in special circumstances at the owner’s discretion. Please inquire for more details.
What parts of the property will I have access to?
Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay, including secure off-street parking through the front gate.
Is the property secure?
Yes, the property is secure.
